Our Process

Our process consists of 6 focused areas, all of which give us the appropriate information to proceed to the next step.

1. Contact Us

Give us a call or send us a request.
We will have a relaxed, brief conversation over the phone to determine if there are ways we can help. Next, we will invite you to have a free no-obligation consultation where we can discuss your needs and goals.

Toll-Free (855) 340-7233
Local (317) 564-4691

2. Consultation

Tell us your concerns and goals.
Present your goals and concerns to us. Together we will discuss possible solutions and determine how you can benefit from our recommendations. The consultation is free and you are under no obligation.

3. Data Gathering

Your life. Your assets. Your retirement.
We will analyze your financial condition based on your available assets, timelines, needs and personal circumstances. Our goal is to recognize opportunities and mitigate potential risks by clearly identifying each attribute in your portfolio. This step can be completed during the consultation or in a separate data-gathering session.

4. Strategy Presentation

Your roadmap from now through retirement.
Based upon all the gathered data and your goals, we will present a strategy in a written format outlining various options. Any questions you have will be answered during this time.

5. Implementation

We begin meeting your goals.
We prepare your individualized strategy paperwork with prioritized action steps. Each document in your plan is thoroughly reviewed for accuracy. Once all paperwork is completed, we begin implementing your strategy and tracking your progress.

6. Ongoing Monitoring

Keeping you on track.
Based on your schedule, we will meet with you in person or over the phone on a regular basis to discuss your current status and assess the effectiveness of your individual plan. As your needs, goals and individual circumstances change, we will adjust the strategy to ensure best possible outcomes.
